Refund Policy

  1. RETURNS AND CHANGES

Our return policy lasts for 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can only offer you store credits/gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hrs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@absprofitness.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

  1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

We understand sometimes you can change your mind on an item. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfilment process. If the item has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

 

 

 

  1. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

  1. WHERE'S MY ORDER / HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You should receive an email when the order is processed and shipped to you with proper tracking information. If you don't receive these emails, please contact us with your order number so we can check it and provide the tracking information for you. 

With this tracking number, you can track your order on our website.

  1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

The estimated shipping / delivery time for our products is approximately 5 - 10 working days. Furthermore, our primary source of shipping is Australia Post for domestic orders and ePacket for international orders, both of which are insured.

Due to high demand, order processing can take up to 48 hours and estimated delivery times are subject to change.

You will be informed via email when your order is confirmed and shipped out with tracking information.

  1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship domestically to Australia and internationally to all 195 countries. For better delivery service, we advise you to include your phone number in your order details, as we may need to call you if we have problems delivering your package.

  1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 We offer Free shipping to all our customers at additional cost.

  1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing from the time we receive your payment. The actual time in transit depends on where the item is being sent from and where it is going.

Once your order has been dispatched, the freight company’s computer system will send you an automated email with all the information that you need. Once you have this information if you have any queries regarding the delivery time you are best off contacting the freight company’s customer service directly.
